Registration fees and airport service fees are non-refundable If you have to cancel before your arrival, all other fees will be refunded, less any bank charges. To end the agreement after arrival, students must give one month's notice because our families are paid monthly. Any unused weeks will then be refunded. If no prior notice is given, a month will be deducted to compensate the family.
